Senior Sales Director

Job Summary:
Hilton London Heathrow Terminal Five is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Sales Manager to join our team. As a Senior Sales Manager, you will be responsible for driving the strategic sales plan across the business, with a strong focus on Corporate and Meetings, Incentives, Conferences, and Exhibitions (MICE).
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify new business opportunities: Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to identify new business opportunities within the corporate sector and MICE industry.
- Build and maintain relationships: Establish and maintain strong relationships with key corporate clients and event planners to promote awareness of the business and increase visibility nationally and internationally.
- Conduct sales calls and presentations: Conduct regular sales calls, site inspections, and presentations to prospective clients to showcase the hotel's offerings and drive sales growth.
- Manage major accounts: Serve as the primary point of contact for major accounts, ensuring exceptional service and satisfaction.
- Develop sales strategies: Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to inform sales strategies and drive revenue growth.
- Provide sales reports: Provide regular reports on sales performance, market conditions, and business development activities to stakeholders.
- Negotiate contracts: Oversee contract negotiations, ensuring favourable terms for the hotel and clients.
Requirements:
- Experience: Previous sales experience in the hospitality industry, with a focus on corporate clients and MICE.
- Proven track record: Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth.
- Industry knowledge: Strong understanding of the corporate travel market and MICE industry.
- Communication skills: Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Relationship building: Ability to build and maintain professional relationships with clients and partners.
- Flexibility: Flexibility to travel as required for client meetings and industry events.
