About Our Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Financial Business Partner to join our team at Onebright. As a key member of our commercial finance team, you will play a critical role in supporting our business engagement and providing robust financial insights to drive business growth and profitability.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide financial analysis and insights to support business decision-making and drive revenue growth.
  • Develop and maintain financial models and forecasts to inform business strategy and drive performance improvement.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and mitigate financial risks and opportunities.
  • Support the development and implementation of financial policies and procedures to ensure compliance and efficiency.
  • Provide expert financial guidance and support to business leaders and stakeholders.

Requirements:

  • 3+ years of experience in a financial business partner or similar role.
  • Strong financial analysis and modeling skills, with experience in budgeting, forecasting, and KPI production.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with business leaders and stakeholders.
  • Advanced Excel skills and experience with financial software and systems.
  • ACA, ACCA, or CIMA qualification or equivalent.
