About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Legal Counsel to join our client's evolving legal team in Craigavon. As a key member of the team, you will provide timely, sound, and commercially focused legal advice on a range of commercial agreements, major projects, transactions, procurement, trademarks, GDPR, civil litigation, and regulatory matters.

Key Responsibilities
  • Reviewing, drafting, and negotiating a wide range of commercial agreements, including NDAs, amendments to standard terms and conditions of purchase, and bespoke agreements.
  • Advising on and managing a wide range of legal issues, including civil litigation and regulatory matters.
  • Evaluating and weighing multiple inputs/impacts of decisions/courses of action and identifying proactive solutions to mitigate risks.
  • Assisting with the continued development of compliance programs and advising on ad hoc compliance-related queries, such as competition law, anti-bribery and corruption, and conflict of interest.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will be a solicitor or barrister with ideally 2+ years of post-qualified experience within a commercial environment. You will have the ability to manage a wide range of legal issues and be accustomed to finding commercial solutions to legal problems.
