Position: Senior Environmental Consultant

This is a remarkable opportunity to become part of a multidisciplinary consultancy engaged in a variety of BREEAM and Net-zero initiatives throughout the UK.

The Sustainability division is growing, and they are seeking a Senior Environmental Consultant to oversee multiple projects while providing guidance to junior team members based in London.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Deliver expert guidance to develop sustainability strategies.
2. Collaborate with the consulting team to fulfill sustainability objectives for various projects.
3. Lead project efforts to ensure sustainability goals are achieved while mentoring junior staff.
4. Oversee the sustainability team in project governance, forecasting, and bidding activities.
5. Identify new business opportunities and secure projects to keep clients at the forefront of sustainability.

Qualifications:

The ideal candidate will possess:

1. A degree in sustainability, environmental management, or geography.
2. A minimum of 5 years of experience as a sustainability consultant in the construction sector.
3. Relevant expertise in delivering BREEAM projects as a certified BREEAM Assessor.
4. Prior experience in project leadership and mentoring junior colleagues.
5. Strong communication and presentation abilities.
