Hollis is seeking a highly skilled Senior Environmental Consultant to join our team in London City. As a key member of our Environmental department, you will play a vital role in delivering high-quality environmental consultancy services to our clients.
Key Responsibilities:- Provide expert environmental consultancy services to colleagues and clients, including Phase 1 Environmental Assessments and Phase 2 site investigations.
- Design and deliver complex environmental projects, managing budgets and timelines to ensure successful project outcomes.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with internal colleagues and external clients, providing robust advice and support.
- Contribute to the training and mentoring of junior staff members, sharing your expertise and knowledge.
- Stay up-to-date with industry developments and best practices, ensuring Hollis remains at the forefront of environmental consultancy.
- Degree or Master's Degree in a relevant subject, such as Environmental Science, Chemistry, Biology, Geology, or Geography.
- At least 5 years of environmental consultancy experience, with a strong track record of delivering complex projects.
- Excellent project management skills, with the ability to supervise and manage sub-contractors and sub-consultants.
- Strong communication, numerical, and reporting writing skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team.
- Flexibility and ability to work under pressure, with a willingness to travel within the UK for site inspections.
- Clean driving licence and good working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite.
