To excel in this position, prior experience in leading and managing a sizable team is crucial, preferably in a fast-moving consumer goods (FMCG) setting. A proactive attitude is key, along with a commitment to uphold and enhance the highest quality standards in our daily operations, ensuring we deliver our renowned products to major retail partners.
Key Responsibilities:
In the role of Quality Assurance Lead, you will be responsible for supervising the daily functions of the Quality Assurance Team, focusing on quality, food safety, and compliance. Your duties will include:
- Ensuring adherence to product and quality standards.
- Managing product quality evaluation panels and analyzing trends.
- Implementing corrective actions to elevate quality benchmarks.
- Engaging in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance product quality.
- Supporting customer and third-party audits and visits.
This position demands a strong presence on the production floor to uphold standards and foster improvements. Effective people management skills are necessary to influence cross-functional teams in the pursuit of quality excellence.
