Job Summary

We are seeking a talented Quality Assurance Specialist to join our team and contribute to our mission of maintaining the highest quality standards.

Key Responsibilities
  • Establish and implement robust quality control processes and procedures to ensure excellence.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, customers, and suppliers to address and resolve quality issues, ensuring seamless communication and cooperation.
  • Conduct thorough investigations to identify root causes of issues and implement effective corrective and preventive measures.
  • Ensure that all products and processes comply with relevant regulatory requirements and industry standards, particularly ISO 9001:2015.
  • Conduct internal audits and participate in external audits at supplier premises to verify that quality standards are consistently met.
  • Monitor and analyze quality data to identify trends and areas for continuous improvement.
  • Manage customer-specific projects, ensuring that quality objectives are achieved within the set deadlines.
  • Provide technical support and advice based on engineering drawings and support quality assurance activities through SAP investigations.
Requirements
  • Proven quality expertise with experience in a similar quality assurance role, with strong knowledge of ISO 9001:2015.
  • Analytical skills to conduct detailed root cause analyses and implement effective corrective actions.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Technical knowledge of SAP, tube manipulation, hose assembly, and gravimetric and particulate cleanliness testing is advantageous.
  • Software proficiency in Excel, Word, and basic Access for logging purposes.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Educational background in engineering or a related field.
  • Vocational training in QMS Auditor Training (Internal and External), Product Training, and Negotiation Skills is highly desirable.
