HR Co-ordinator Job Description

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented HR Co-ordinator to join our team at Wise May Ltd. As an HR Co-ordinator, you will play a key role in supporting the efficient day-to-day running of the HR department.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist the HR Manager in the delivery of HR operations, including new joiner and leaver processes, weekly updates, and HR admin tasks.
  • Responsible for the new joiner and leaver processes, including checking offer letters and new joiner references, and ensuring accurate new joiner packs and HR inductions.
  • Hold HR inductions for all new support team joiners and ensure a smooth onboarding process.
  • Conduct new starter on-boarding checks (day one, one week, and one month) and ensure all necessary documentation is completed.
  • Work with the HR Manager to produce salary review and bonus letters, and ensure accurate admin tasks are completed.
  • Hold exit interviews and provide suggestions for bi-annual reporting on trends and patterns.
  • Support the HR Manager with employee lifecycle tasks, including end of probation reviews, parental leave, flexible working, compassionate leave, and promotion logistics.
  • Support the Diversity and Inclusion team with D&I forums, planning events, meeting speakers, introducing events, and scheduling training.
  • Primary liaison with BTC and ENEI to ensure FW is making the most of our partnership.
  • Manage trainee recruitment, including assessment centres, vacation weeks, and insight days.
Requirements:
  • Good knowledge of Microsoft Word, Outlook, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • Well-presented with excellent communication skills.
  • Highly literate and numerate.
  • Capable of taking initiative and developing solutions to any issues encountered.
  • Flexible and enthusiastic self-starter.
  • Able to work alone as well as within a team.
  • Attention to detail and ability to retain high concentration levels for extended periods.
