Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Project Engineer to join our team and contribute to the development and implementation of our Electric Vehicle Charge Point programme. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for reviewing and implementing a strategy for the delivery of a range of charge points across the borough, procuring new providers, and working with existing team members to assist with the continued roll out of the council's programme.

About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity to work on a high-profile project that aligns with our commitment to creating a cleaner, greener, and healthier borough. You will be working closely with key external partners to develop and implement a comprehensive plan for the Electric Vehicle Infrastructure in the borough.

Key Responsibilities
  • Review and implement a strategy for the delivery of a range of charge points across the borough
  • Procure new providers to support the delivery of the programme
  • Work with existing team members to assist with the continued roll out of the council's programme
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including external partners and council teams
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need to have a degree in a related discipline and significant experience in project management and delivery. You will also need to demonstrate evidence of continued professional and management development.
