Lead Project Engineer

At Endeavor, we're seeking a highly skilled Lead Project Engineer to join our team. As a key member of our Projects team, you'll play a crucial role in delivering internal IMG Engineering and Infrastructure projects.
About the Role:As a Lead Project Engineer, you'll be responsible for:
- Delivering projects from start to finish, ensuring timely and within-budget completion.
- Leading and assisting with technical workflows, making key equipment decisions, and collaborating with internal/external clients and suppliers.
- Creating and managing project documentation, including project timelines, workflow/system schematics, and cable schedules.
- Training and developing the Engineering Team's knowledge and experience on core equipment and software.
- Analyzing systems for technical integrity and complex fault resolution, ensuring consistent quality of support.
- Working as part of a dynamic engineering team towards engineering excellence, including developments and special projects within IMG Studios.
- Shared monitoring and compliance with all Health and Safety across the Engineering team.
- Providing leadership cover for other Lead Engineers and participating in the recruitment, management, and supervision of the general Engineering Team.
- Documenting and communicating technical and operational issues, including assisting with the proper maintenance of the Asset Register.
- Working in a consultative and advisory capacity on projects related to existing business needs, growth, new business pitches, and RFPs.
To be successful in this role, you'll need:
- Experience working in Broadcast engineering, with a strong understanding of Broadcast IP network design and implementation, SMPTE 2022, 2110, NMOS.
- Previous project delivery experience, with a strong track record of delivering projects on time and within budget.
- Strong IT and Networking skills, with a solid understanding of Broadcast and IT within an engineering capacity.
- Experience designing and implementing 2110 IP systems, with a strong understanding of workflow decisions and equipment choice.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with clients and colleagues at all levels.
- Self-motivated with strong timekeeping and organizational skills, with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
