In the role of Operations Strategy Manager, your responsibilities will include:
Directing the Operations team to identify and implement enhancement initiatives that promote operational effectiveness, allowing teams to dedicate more time to customer engagement and team development. Adopting a strategic approach to projects, taking into account the broader context of business challenges and collaborating with senior management to address these issues. Identifying opportunities to optimize store operations by establishing guidelines and procedures that enhance efficiency. Leading a team of two Operations Managers, guiding them through project execution, from the development of new processes to stakeholder communication, training material creation, and implementation oversight. Collaborating with Channel Integration (CI) to support process mapping and manage changes following implementation. Anticipating the potential impacts of operational changes, proactively addressing challenges and providing solutions, including training and communication strategies. Working collaboratively with various functions to communicate changes and their implications effectively. Establishing and reinforcing training and communication protocols, ensuring they are executed effectively and adjusted as necessary for optimal outcomes.About You:
A strategic visionary who can distill complex situations into clear insights, understanding how interconnected business challenges influence overall objectives and effectively presenting these to senior leaders. Capable of articulating ideas simply and clearly, ensuring that project details are accessible to all stakeholders, facilitating comprehensive understanding for maximum impact. A strong leader dedicated to mentoring and developing your team. Naturally pragmatic and solution-focused, with the ability to identify risks and opportunities within processes and propose actionable solutions. Collaborative in nature, working with key stakeholders to streamline operations and drive change where necessary. Skilled in influencing and negotiating, building enduring professional relationships across all levels, and adapting your communication style to suit your audience.
