About the Role

We are seeking an experienced and dedicated Operations Manager to join our Community Team at Victim Support. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for leading a diverse group of staff and volunteers who work with individuals affected by crime, with a particular focus on stalking and hate crime.

As our Operations Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth day-to-day operation of our services, meeting with funders and external partners, and providing a voice for victims. You will need to have a strong understanding of stalking and its impact, as well as experience of working in partnership with other agencies and departments.

We are looking for someone who is able to lead a team, manage competing priorities, and build strong relationships with colleagues and external partners. You will need to be a good communicator, comfortable representing Victim Support, and able to work independently to meet set targets and goals.
