About the Role
We are seeking ambitious individuals to join our team as a Recruitment Consultant, working alongside experienced professionals in the white collar construction and engineering sector. As a Recruitment Consultant, you will be responsible for managing the full 360 process, including sourcing and head-hunting white collar construction professionals, assessing their suitability, arranging interviews, and building relationships with clients.
Key Responsibilities
- Fill live jobs with candidates who have been fully vetted and referenced.
- Establish and maintain relationships with clients and candidates.
- Request certificates for candidates and add them to their files.
- Resourcing and generating candidates using various job boards, networking, headhunting, and social media.
- Ensure all time sheets for your division are in on time, correct, and sent to payroll for processing on a weekly basis.
- Format CVs and create candidate profiles.
- Visit clients to gather information about their projects.
- Visit candidates on-site to assess their suitability.
