About the Role
Dentons, a leading global law firm, is seeking a skilled Internal Communications and Engagement Advisor to join their UK, Ireland, and Middle East (UKIME) region. As a key member of the Internal Communications & Engagement team, you will partner with the Internal Communications & Engagement Manager to develop and deliver high-quality content for internal channels, supporting business initiatives and driving overall performance.
Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with the Internal Communications & Engagement Manager to create engaging content for internal audiences, including written materials, videos, and dynamic media.
- Contribute to devising and implementing impactful campaigns and tactics to drive business strategy and performance across multiple functional areas.
- Assist with preparation and content organization for major internal broadcast events, including Firmwide Townhalls and Partner meetings.
- Work with business stakeholders to build internal communications templates for self-service requirements.
- Produce monthly analytics reports on digital content to refine comms approaches and tactics.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree.
- 5+ years of experience in journalism or communications roles, with a strong preference for internal and/or change communications experience.
- Proven success in developing and executing internal communications materials and memos.
- Excellent writing and editing skills with superb attention to detail.
- High emotional intelligence with the ability to see messages and content through different audience lenses.
- Creative thinker and adept storyteller, with the ability to tell engaging and powerful stories through words and visuals.
- Degree-level qualification and/or specialisation in strategic communications, public relations, internal communication, digital marketing, or journalism.
- Practical video editing skills (Premier Pro nice to have but not essential).
