We are seeking an experienced and successful Service Reception Manager to oversee the department at our client, a main car dealership. Reporting in to the Aftersales Manager, your primary focus will be to ensure customers receive superb levels of service, in line with brand expectations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Mentor and coach your team on a daily basis to deliver excellent levels of customer service.
- Be proactive to ensure the department anticipates the needs and demands of customers.
- Work closely with the Aftersales Manager to ensure seamless communication and collaboration.
- Develop and implement strategies to improve customer satisfaction and loyalty.
- Lead by example and embody the brand's values and culture.
About You:
- You will have experience in a similar role, ideally in the automotive industry.
- You will be a natural leader, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- You will be passionate about delivering exceptional customer service and be proactive in identifying opportunities for improvement.
- You will be a team player, willing to support and collaborate with colleagues to achieve common goals.
- You will have a valid driving license.
