Vibe Recruit is seeking a qualified Conveyancing Solicitor to enhance their legal team. This role is integral to a prominent law firm focused on residential property transactions.

The successful candidate will be a proficient and knowledgeable Conveyancer, tasked with overseeing the legal facets of property sales and acquisitions, while ensuring adherence to applicable laws and regulations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee a personal caseload from initiation to conclusion.
  • Perform title checks, raise inquiries, report findings to clients, review search results, and draft necessary legal documents.
  • Handle re-mortgage and equity transfer transactions.
  • Manage complex cases, including shared ownership, leasehold issues, lease extensions, part sales and purchases, plot acquisitions, and right to buy transactions.
  • Maintain precise records and documentation pertinent to property transactions.

Required Qualifications and Skills:

  • Qualified Solicitor/Chartered Legal Executive/Licensed Conveyancer with a minimum of three years' experience in residential conveyancing.
  • In-depth understanding of property law, conveyancing processes, CQS Protocol, and Anti-Money Laundering regulations.
  • Exceptional drafting and negotiation capabilities.
  • Able to thrive in a deadline-oriented environment with minimal oversight.
  • High attention to detail and effective prioritization skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and conveyancing case management software.
  • Dedication to delivering outstanding client service.
  • Experience in supervising a team of legal assistants is advantageous.
