Key Account Manager Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled Key Account Manager to join our team at CPJ Recruitment. As a Key Account Manager, you will be responsible for strategically managing commercial relationships with key customers, providing total waste management solutions.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement account growth plans to maximize incremental growth opportunities.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers, including Sustainability Managers, Procurement, Environmental Managers, Health & Safety, and Service Managers.
  • Manage a combined portfolio worth circa £5m.
  • Cross-sell and up-sell other services to maximize revenue growth.
About the Company:

Our client is a leading national waste service management provider with a reputation for delivering highly reliable services and solutions to a broad range of customers. They have incredible sustainability credentials and set the bar within the industry, being at the forefront of the recycling and re-use markets.

What We Offer:
  • Competitive salary: £50,000 - £55,000.
  • 20% OTE / Bonus.
  • Company bonus structure.
  • £500 per month car allowance or company car (hybrid).
