Strategic Account Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Key Account Manager to join our team at CPJ Recruitment. As a Key Account Manager, you will be responsible for strategically managing commercial relationships with key customers, providing total waste management solutions.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and implement account growth plans to maximize incremental growth opportunities.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers, including Sustainability Managers, Procurement, Environmental Managers, Health & Safety, and Service Managers.
- Manage a combined portfolio worth circa £5m.
- Cross-sell and up-sell other services to maximize revenue growth.
Our client is a leading national waste service management provider with a reputation for delivering highly reliable services and solutions to a broad range of customers. They have incredible sustainability credentials and set the bar within the industry, being at the forefront of the recycling and re-use markets.
What We Offer:- Competitive salary: £50,000 - £55,000.
- 20% OTE / Bonus.
- Company bonus structure.
- £500 per month car allowance or company car (hybrid).
