Evening Retail Sales Associate - WHSmith

Contract Type: Permanent

Working hours: Shifts on a 4 on 4 off rotation

As a Retail Sales Associate, you will deliver outstanding customer service while working independently or collaboratively to uphold our exceptional store standards. We strive for our customers and team members to take pride in their experiences with us.

Airport Requirements:

  • 5 years of continuous references – to obtain an airport pass, you must provide 5 years' worth of employment or educational references without any gaps.
  • Criminal Records Bureau Check – to be processed by WHSmith upon successful application.
  • Valid Photographic ID, such as a passport or UK Driving Licence.

Responsibilities of a Retail Sales Associate:

  • Providing exceptional customer service to all patrons.
  • Conducting stock replenishment and ensuring all store areas are tidy and inviting for customers.
  • Maintaining high standards of display and visual merchandising to assist customers in finding products easily.
  • Collaborating with team members and offering support to colleagues.
