About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Employment Lawyer to join our team at QED Legal. As an Employment Solicitor, you will be responsible for working on a variety of cases, including settlement agreements, redundancy matters, unfair dismissal claims, and more.

Key Responsibilities
  • Advise clients on employment law matters, including settlement agreements, redundancy, and unfair dismissal
  • Represent clients in employment tribunals and other legal proceedings
  • Conduct research and stay up-to-date on changes in employment law
  • Work closely with our team to provide excellent client service
Requirements
  • At least 2 years of post-qualification experience in employment law
  • Strong knowledge of employment law and procedures
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines
