Job Overview
We are seeking a Trainee Operations Specialist to join our Well Testing & Commissioning team in Aberdeen. As a key member of our team, you will assist in the preparation and running of equipment offshore, ensuring safe and successful operations in accordance with Company procedures.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in the preparation and running of equipment for operations under supervisory guidance.
- Participate in tool box talks and planning meetings to ensure effective communication and guidance.
- Contribute to the maintenance and return of equipment at onshore bases.
- Liaise with offshore Supervisor, team members, and clients' representatives to ensure smooth operations and effective communication.
- Work with colleagues and Supervisor to complete required competencies for current and next role.
- Share knowledge with subordinates to assist with their competency progression.
Requirements and Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you will have a strong understanding of operations procedures and a willingness to learn and develop your skills. You will also have excellent communication and teamwork skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
