ROV Trainee Opportunity

We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled individual to join our team as an ROV Trainee. As a key member of our offshore operations team, you will be responsible for assisting in the deployment and operation of our Remotely Operated Vehicles (ROVs).

About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity to work with our experienced and passionate ROV team, gaining knowledge and skills in the operation and maintenance of our cutting-edge ROV/LARS systems. Our fleet consists of a range of systems, including Kystdesign, Shilling UHD, Perry/Forum XLX, XLR, and XLX-C, and LARS - ODIM/Rolls Royce, Cetix/Sepro, Ulmatec, Dynacon, MacArtney.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need to meet one or more of the following requirements:

  • A nationally recognized technical qualification
  • A nationally recognized trade qualification
  • A military service qualification
  • An appropriate level national vocational qualification

One of the above qualifications must be completed in one or more of the following relevant technical subjects:

  • Electrical
  • Electronics
  • Hydraulics
  • Mechanics

The trainee period is typically 6 months, but can be up to 1 year. You will be trained by our experienced personnel, working offshore as an extra crew member. Upon completion of your training, you will be promoted to ROV Pilot Technician position.
