About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Property Manager to join our team at Jackson Sims Recruitment Ltd.

The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day management of a leasehold scheme, ensuring that all buildings are well-maintained and that residents are satisfied with the service.

Main Responsibilities
  • Site Management: Conduct regular site visits to ensure that all buildings are in good order and that any issues are addressed promptly.
  • Client Liaison: Attend client meetings, including AGMs and Directors meetings, to ensure effective communication and to address any concerns.
  • Project Management: Manage the project management of Section 20 consultations, major internal and external works, and ensure that all relevant stakeholders are informed and involved.
  • Resident Communication: Ensure effective communication with residents, including circulating information on management issues and ensuring that their concerns are addressed.
  • Financial Management: Manage the budget, year-end accounts, and quarterly client statements to ensure that timescales are met and that accounting information is accurate.
  • Insurance and Risk Management: Ensure that insurance claims are processed efficiently and correctly, and that Health and Safety regulations are adhered to on all sites.
  • Reporting and Administration: Produce service charge budgets, including preparing reserve and capital expenditure reports for the forthcoming years, and ensure that all client files are updated.
Requirements
  • Experience: Property Manager - Block Manager experience is essential, with a good knowledge of budgets and experience of serving Section 20 notices.
  • Qualifications: AIRPM qualified, although not essential.
  • Driving Licence: Full UK driving licence is required.
Salary and Benefits

The salary for this role is £45k to £55k, depending on experience.
