Theatre Scrub Nurse/ODP - Ophthalmology Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Theatre Scrub Nurse/ODP to join our Ophthalmology team at our hospital in Banbury, Oxfordshire.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide high-quality patient care and support to patients undergoing ophthalmic procedures
- Work collaboratively with the theatre team to ensure efficient and safe operating theatre practices
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records and documentation
- Participate in ongoing professional development and training to enhance skills and knowledge
- Contribute to the development and implementation of policies and procedures to improve patient care and safety
Requirements
- Registered with the NMC/HCPC
- Previous theatre experience within ophthalmology
- Flexibility and adaptability to meet the changing needs of the business
- Strong organisation skills and attention to detail
- Sound written and verbal communication skills
- Proven ability to work effectively in a team environment and independently as required
