About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Senior Quantity Surveyor to join our team at ENG Bauen, a globally recognized Engineering organization. As a Senior Quantity Surveyor, you will play a crucial role in overseeing multiple aspects of the commercial lifecycle, including cost monitoring, reporting, and variation management.


Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and oversee multiple aspects of the commercial lifecycle, including cost monitoring, reporting, and variation management.
  • Administer NEC 3 / 4 contracts and ensure compliance with all contractual obligations.
  • Coordinate with subcontractors to ensure project milestones and cost objectives are met.
  • Identify and flag potential risk factors early to mitigate the impact on project delivery.
  • Support major projects and critical work packages across the energy industry.


Requirements

  • Experienced Quantity Surveyor or Cost Engineer with a strong background in the Energy sector.
  • Proficient in administering NEC 3 / 4 contracts.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen eye for detail.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills for effective subcontractor management.
