Job Summary

We're seeking a compassionate and caring individual to join our team as a Care Assistant. As a Care Assistant, you'll play a vital role in supporting our clients to live safe and supported lives, following individual care plans and assisting with personal care, medication, and practical tasks.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support clients with personal care, including bathing, dressing, and managing incontinence
  • Assist with medication management and administration
  • Help with practical tasks such as shopping, mealtimes, and housework
  • Follow individual care plans and adapt to changing client needs

Requirements
