Job Description

We're seeking a compassionate and caring individual to join our team as a Care Assistant. As a Care Assistant, you'll play a vital role in supporting our clients to live their lives to the fullest. You'll work closely with our clients to understand their needs and preferences, and you'll work with our team to develop personalized care plans that meet their unique requirements.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support clients with personal care, including bathing, dressing, and managing incontinence
  • Assist with practical tasks such as shopping, mealtimes, and housework
  • Help clients with their medication and provide emotional support
  • Work collaboratively with our team to develop and implement care plans

  • Travel time and mileage paid at £11.44 per hour and 45p per mile
