We are in search of a skilled individual to become part of our KYC data and MI unit within the Corporate and Investment Banking Division of MUFG Bank. This position entails overseeing the KYC Book of Work, MI reporting, and initiatives aimed at continuous enhancement.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and oversee the annual KYC Book of Work
  • Serve as a subject matter expert on KYC client data and system knowledge
  • Execute monthly and quarterly control assessments and remediation actions
  • Generate and evaluate KYC MI reports for senior management
  • Identify data quality challenges and spearhead remediation efforts
  • Collaborate with business and IT stakeholders to refine processes and enhance customer experience
  • Establish internal controls and metrics for monitoring data quality
  • Assist in strategic projects aimed at improving KYC management

Required Skills and Experience:

  • Proficient in MS Office with advanced skills in Excel
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities
  • Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Familiarity with KYC processes and regulatory requirements
  • Experience in data/MI teams or front office management settings
  • Degree in a relevant academic discipline
