MUFG is a global network with a rich history and a vision to be the world's most trusted financial group. We're looking for a talented Associate to join our KYC Data and MI Team, where you'll play a key role in supporting our Client Management Services (CMS) team.

As a KYC Scheduling and MI Specialist, you'll be responsible for creating and managing the KYC book of work for EMEA, ensuring that all data is accurate and up-to-date. You'll also develop and maintain MI reporting and presentations for senior management forums, and aid in the preparation of management information reports.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Creation of the KYC book of work for EMEA, with responsibility for managing full scheduling and approvals processes.
  • Acting as a KYC client data SME, developing a good understanding of Bank & Securities Systems, and querying systems where required.
  • Managing monthly and quarterly control checks on the KYC book of work, and closing out all remediation actions.
  • Maintaining and publishing KYC MI reporting and associated presentations for analysis across the CMS Team and for various Senior Management Forums.
  • Aiding in MI preparation to create, develop, and publish a suite of Management Information reports – both regular MI reporting and ad-hoc analysis as and when required.

Key skills and experience:

  • Proficiency in MS Office with Advanced Excel (Power BI, Power Query, VBA)
  • Strong analytical skills to interpret large sets of data
  • Ability to communicate effectively to key stakeholders at all levels
  • Broad knowledge of KYC process and scheduling requirements
  • Problem solving skills
  • Excellent attention to detail
  • A methodological and logical approach
