Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Supply Chain Coordinator to join our production department at Muller Dairy. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth running of operations and the delivery of our daily production plan.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Work within a fast-paced production environment, adhering to all safe working practices and maintaining a clean and organized workspace.
  • Collaborate with the team to identify and implement cost-saving initiatives, reducing waste and improving efficiency.
  • Deliver business initiatives to reduce waste and improve product quality, ensuring compliance with all relevant health and safety regulations.
  • Work with site teams to deliver improvement projects, activities, and events aligned to the company's objectives, goals, strategies, and measures.
  • Support new system, structure, or process improvement projects, contributing to the optimization of production and meeting customer specifications and requirements.
  • Practice a clean-as-you-go working method, ensuring all relevant health and safety and environmental management systems are adhered to.
  • Capture and record relevant data, contributing to the team's achievement of daily performance targets for production.
Requirements:
  • Basic food hygiene certification is desirable.
  • Familiarity with temperature-controlled FMCG operations.
  • Experience of continuous improvement techniques.
  • Experience of working to health and safety regulations.
  • Experience of working in a fast-paced environment.
