Join our team as a Credit Controller at WendyB Ltd
We are seeking a skilled and organized individual to join our busy accounts team as a Credit Controller. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing the collection and allocation of Property Service charges for block estates and managed residential apartments.
Key Responsibilities:
- Managing the collection and allocation of Property Service charges for block estates and managed residential apartments.
- Sending out statements and payment schedules to property owners.
- Sending reminders to customers with outstanding payments.
- Making outbound calls to customers with complex queries and arranging repayment schedules.
- Allocating payments received.
- Initiating legal proceedings through small claims court in cases of non-payment and pursuing through to settlement/judgment.
- Updating databases to monitor and track all activity and progress status reporting.
- Assisting the wider accounts team during quieter periods; some sales or purchase ledger knowledge along with reconciliations would be beneficial.
Requirements:
We are looking for someone with experience in either Debt Collection or Credit Control. You will need to be confident, well-organized, resilient, and possess good listening skills. Competency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, is required.
