Job Overview

The LEGO Group is seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Sales Associate to join our team. As a Sales Associate, you will be responsible for providing an exceptional customer experience, ensuring a clean and safe store environment, and supporting store operations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide a signature experience for every guest by greeting them warmly, performing cash register functions, and portraying a professional and friendly demeanor.
  • Maintain a clean and safe store environment by performing daily cleaning duties, maintaining store displays, and adhering to LEGO Brand Retail visual standards.
  • Operate the store stockroom efficiently, assisting with merchandise receiving, maintaining stockroom organization, and adhering to safety regulations.
