About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Sales Support Associate to join our team at ASK Recruiting Limited. As a Sales Support Associate, you will play a vital role in providing business development and sales support to our clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide exceptional customer service and support to clients via phone and email
  • Assist with order processing and sales inquiries
  • Liaise with sales agents to ensure timely resolution of customer queries
  • Input customer sales orders and prepare shipping and commercial documents using CRM and accounting software
  • Liaise with the warehouse to obtain updates on customer shipments
Requirements
  • 2 years of previous experience in a similar role
  • Excellent computer skills and knowledge of CRM, Microsoft Word, and Excel
  • Familiarity with online sales channels such as Amazon Vendor Central or Seller Central
  • Ability to integrate into a small team and offer support in key areas of the business
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
