Job Title: Fitness Trainer

We are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic Fitness Trainer to join our team at West Wood Sandymount. As a Fitness Trainer, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality fitness programs to our members, helping them achieve their fitness goals and improving their overall well-being.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Design and deliver personalized fitness programs for members
  • Lead group fitness classes, including Les Mills programs
  • Provide one-on-one coaching and guidance to members
  • Monitor and track member progress, making adjustments to programs as needed
  • Collaborate with other fitness professionals to develop and implement new programs and services
Requirements:
  • NCEF, NCEHS, ITEC, or similar qualification
  • Les Mills qualification (BodyPump, BodyBalance, BodyAttack, and indoor cycle classes)
  • Experience teaching group fitness classes and one-on-one coaching
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
