Your role as an Online Transformation Coach is a pivotal part in our mission

Role Requirements / Qualifications 

  • Bachelor’s degree in Sport & Exercise Science or a related field, and/or 2+ years working within the fitness industry (e.g. Personal Trainer).
  • Understanding and knowledge of intricacies of body composition, weight loss, building muscle and lifestyle optimisation.
  • Ability to produce world class results with busy clientele.
  • Strong communication skills both in written and video format.
  • Excellent time-management and organisation skills, with strong attention to detail.

Key Responsibilities

  • Ability to work M-F full time hours (40 hours a week)
  • Communicate clearly and with confidence in both written and video format.
  • Provide expert advice on the topics of nutrition, workouts and lifestyle management.
  • Deliver high quality coaching via online platforms such as Zoom and messaging.
  • Produce world class results with a premium experience for our members.
  • Maintain accurate and thorough records of our members on a daily and weekly basis.
  • Attend mentorship calls and act upon feedback provided by your direct report.
  • NO marketing or sales. Focus exclusively on being a results producing coach

What We Offer:

  • Starting Base - £30,000
  • On Track Earnings - £40,000
  • Uncapped Performance Based Commission
  • Full time, permanent employment (beyond probation)
  • Remote position - can work from anywhere but must be available for a 4 hour crossover period between 8am-5pm BST M-F.
  • World class mentorship from experienced Transformation Coaches (30+ years of combined experience in our two lead mentors)
  • 28 days paid holiday per year included
