Job Title: Trainee Biomedical Scientist

Location: Yeovil, Somerset

Hours: 37.5 permanent

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized individual to join our team as a Trainee Biomedical Scientist in Blood Sciences. As a Trainee Biomedical Scientist, you will be responsible for performing and interpreting routine and specialist testing, providing patient-centered scientific excellence while maintaining high quality standards in accordance with ISO15189.

Responsibilities:

  • Perform and interpret routine and specialist testing
  • Provide patient-centered scientific excellence
  • Maintain high quality standards in accordance with ISO15189

Requirements:

  • IBMS accredited degree in Biomedical Science
  • HCPC registration (to be obtained within 12 months of employment)
