As a Support Worker with Leonard Cheshire, you will be part of a dedicated team. Each day presents unique challenges, but here are some of the responsibilities you will undertake:
Assisting with daily living activities, including personal hygiene, medication management, and meal support. Accompanying and aiding individuals both within the facility and during external engagements. Upholding our Person-Centered approach, promoting maximum independence for our clients and aiding them in achieving their personal goals. Keeping accurate and current records of care provided.
