**About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled AV Junior Project Engineer - Technical Specialist to join our team at MiGrowth. As a key member of our engineering team, you will be responsible for delivering projects to specification and to the client's satisfaction.

**Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the delivery of all technical elements of a project from the initial handover to project completion.
  • Coordinate all project deliverables in line with the project schedule and in collaboration with all project stakeholders.
  • Perform site surveys to gather all information required to develop or assess a technical solution.
  • Validate design and tender information to ensure it meets the client's intended functionality.
  • Manage the bill of materials ensuring all changes are logged appropriately and coordinated with the rest of the project team.
  • Carry out site surveys to fully understand the scope of the project and potential limitations in advance of the installation.
  • Coordinate with project managers, logistics, and the delivery team regarding project status.
  • Support the delivery of technical proposals for the Business Development Team and consultancy projects from the initial client discussions to handover.
  • Support the wider engineering team with engineering projects and deliverables.
  • Help develop and improve the company's internal processes by reporting corrective actions, updates, and improvement ideas.

**Requirements:

  • Technical experience in AV systems integration.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
  • Good time management and planning skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Proficiency in AutoCAD and other relevant software.
