We are seeking a skilled, passionate, and experienced Culinary Specialist 2 to become a vital member of our catering team. Our commitment is to deliver exceptional meals utilizing the finest and freshest ingredients, and you will be responsible for maintaining the highest standards of food quality. In addition, you will be expected to step in for the Culinary Specialist 3 during their absence.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare and cook a variety of dishes to a high standard.
  • Assist in menu planning and food presentation.
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
  • Support and mentor junior kitchen staff.

Qualifications and Skills:

The ideal candidate will possess:

  • NVQ Level 2 in Hospitality and Catering or a willingness to pursue this qualification.
  • Demonstrated experience in a high-quality catering environment.
  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to foster teamwork.
  • A genuine passion for culinary arts and customer satisfaction.
  • Exceptional culinary abilities and attention to detail.
  • High standards of quality and organization.
  • Effective communication skills and a proactive attitude.
  • Willingness to travel to various locations as required.
