Key Responsibilities- Leadership and Guidance: Train and provide guidance to cleaning staff on cleaning techniques, use of equipment, and adherence to safety protocols.
- Cleaning Operations: Assign cleaning duties, inspect work areas regularly to ensure cleanliness, and report any issues to the appropriate department.
- Inventory Management: Monitor and maintain stock levels of cleaning supplies, equipment, and other related materials.
- Quality Control: Conduct regular quality checks to ensure compliance with sanitation and safety guidelines.
- Administrative Tasks: Perform administrative duties, including scheduling, attendance management, performance evaluations, and handling personnel matters.
- Collaboration: Collaborate with other departments, such as maintenance, to address specialized cleaning needs and resolve any facility-related issues promptly.
- Process Improvement: Develop and implement cleaning schedules and procedures to optimize efficiency and productivity while maintaining a high level of cleanliness.
