About the Role

As a Field Service Maintenance Engineer, you will play a critical role in ensuring the reliability and availability of our equipment and plant, which are used in hospitals and clinics around the world.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead trouble shooting, fault finding & resolution to root cause of compounding related plant and equipment
  • Plan and direct the installation, testing, operation, maintenance and repair of all critical equipment within the Compounding Units
  • Develop and implement Preventative Maintenance procedures & schedules that assures equipment availability and reliability and product quality in line with the Compounding Engineering Strategy and Baxter Perfect Equipment requirements
  • Direct and co-ordinate the engineering activities associated with critical Compounding plant and equipment, managing contractors, service providers, installation engineers etc.
  • Coordinate and direct engineering projects associated to the Compounding Units such that they are completed on time and within budget
Requirements
  • Cleanroom / aseptic manufacturing practical work
  • Technical understanding of cleanroom plant and associated equipment
  • Good people, communication and computer literacy skills
  • Experience of operating within maintenance and project engineering functions
  • Knowledge and experience of implementation of continuous improvement activities
  • Knowledge and experience of implementation of engineering best practice
