About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Support Worker to join our team in our Learning Disability Day Service in Bury. As a Support Worker, you will play a vital role in supporting adults with learning and physical disabilities to live fulfilling lives.

Your primary responsibility will be to provide high-quality support to our service users, enabling them to engage in activities they choose, either individually or in groups. This may involve supporting with personal care, moving and handling, and assisting with community activities such as swimming, voluntary work, and sports.

We are looking for someone who shares our REACH values and has a 'can-do' attitude. You will have the ability to develop positive relationships with people and be passionate about supporting vulnerable individuals to reach their potential.

In return for your hard work and dedication, we offer a competitive hourly rate of £12.25, rising to £12.38 on successful completion of training and probation. You will also have access to a range of benefits, including discounted gym membership, generous annual leave entitlements, and a pension scheme with employer-matched contributions.
