About the Role

As a Senior Pricing and Demand Forecast Specialist, you'll ensure our gas portfolio is hedged according to governance frameworks and create performance metrics for accurate margin reporting.

You'll apply statistical and mathematical modelling skills to develop short and long-term gas forecasts, working closely with Finance and Commercial teams to provide insight and analysis.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain complex numeric data models.
  • Collaborate with Finance and Commercial teams to enhance reporting and risk management.
  • Coordinate forecasting projects, ensuring data quality and requirements are met.
Requirements

We're looking for someone with:

  • Strong technical skills in SQL, Python, R, SAS, Azure Databricks, Azure Data Factory, Excel, and Power BI.
  • Awareness of financial risk management and pricing hedging activities.
