Food and Beverage Supervisor Opportunity

We are seeking a skilled Food and Beverage Supervisor to join our prestigious client, a food-led country pub located in a picturesque area of Kent. As a Food and Beverage Supervisor, you will play a key role in the smooth day-to-day running of the property, supporting management and ensuring exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in the management of the front-of-house team, including training and supervision
  • Ensure the smooth operation of the pub, including opening and closing procedures
  • Lead by example, providing excellent customer service and maintaining high standards
  • Work closely with the management team to maximize revenue and ensure compliance with statutory legislation

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in a food and beverage service environment, preferably in a pub or restaurant setting
  • Excellent customer service skills and ability to work well under pressure
  • Ability to lead and motivate a team
  • Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including evenings and weekends

What We Offer:

  • A competitive salary of £26,800 per annum, plus a share of generous weekly tips
  • A 45-hour contract, with a Tuesday off each week
  • The opportunity to work in a high-quality, food-led country pub with a small friendly team

Please note that transport is required due to the location of the pub, and a valid driving license is essential.
