Our Approach
We aim to attract high-calibre candidates to our practice and provide a supportive environment for our team members to grow and progress. We look for candidates who are ambitious and intend to stay and progress to senior positions at Barnes Law Associates.
Key Responsibilities
- Attend client meetings and onboard clients, taking instructions and conducting research as needed.
- Order searches and draft correspondence, ensuring accuracy and attention to detail.
- Assist with post-completion tasks and undergo regular training to stay up-to-date with industry developments.
Requirements
- At least 1 year of experience working in a boutique law firm or another small firm with a good reputation and similar client base.
- English law degree and LPC or plans to take SQEs in the foreseeable future.
- Excellent attention to detail, good communication skills, and ability to work under pressure.
- Good time management skills, excellent drafting skills, and a good attitude to work.
Work Arrangements
- Hybrid working arrangement with an office in Central London.
- 9am to 5:30pm working hours, with occasional evening networking events.
- Annual targets and bonuses, as well as 28 days' paid holidays a year and a day off on your birthday.
