About the Role

We are seeking a seasoned Freelance Senior Project Manager to join our dynamic team at 383 | B Corp™. As a key member of our Project Management team, you will play a critical role in delivering high-value digital projects that meet our strategic goals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and deliver complex digital projects, ensuring they meet financial and strategic objectives.
  • Manage client relationships, ensuring clear communication and alignment with client goals.
  • Develop detailed project plans, track progress, and adjust as necessary to meet changing needs and requirements.
  • Coordinate cross-functional teams (designers, developers, strategists) to deliver innovative digital solutions.
  • Facilitate client workshops to ensure critical decisions are made and stakeholders are engaged.
  • Identify risks and issues in real-time and manage them proactively to keep projects on track.
  • Mentor and support other project managers, sharing your knowledge and best practices.
  • Contribute to refining and improving 383's project management processes.

About You

We are looking for someone with:

  • 5+ years of experience in digital project management, preferably in an agency setting.
  • A strong track record in web/mobile development, design, or UX research.
  • Experience managing complex digital projects with budgets over £75,000 for both domestic and international clients.
  • Deep expertise in Agile, Waterfall, and hybrid methodologies and the flexibility to apply them appropriately across different projects.
  • Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to simplify digital jargon for clarity and alignment.
  • Proficiency in Atlassian tools (Jira, Confluence) and other project management software (SmartSheet, Synergist).
  • Experience leading cross-functional teams and driving them towards successful project outcomes.
  • A commercial mindset with experience managing budgets, resource planning, and revenue forecasting.
  • Even better if you have experience using tools such as Jira, and Miro.
