Aspris is currently seeking a committed Educational Support Specialist to enhance our Education team. We are in search of adaptable, resilient, and dedicated professionals who can provide support across various educational stages. The ideal candidate will collaborate closely with the classroom instructor, assisting students with their academic tasks and managing classroom behavior while fostering positive relationships with learners and serving as a role model.

Aspris operates an SEN college catering to students aged 19 to 25.

Role Responsibilities:

  • Engaging in the college environment
  • Supporting educators and assisting students

This position may involve:

Working both on-site and in the community, including student work placements.

The successful candidate should possess prior experience in a classroom setting and hold a Level 2 qualification (or equivalent) relevant to the educational environment for young adults. Additionally, the following attributes are essential:
