Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Internal Sales Representative to join our team at Whitehead Recruitment Ltd. As an Internal Sales Representative, you will be responsible for generating new sales opportunities and building relationships with clients in the construction industry.

Key Responsibilities

  • Prospecting and Lead Generation: Identify and pursue new sales opportunities through inbound lead follow-up and outbound cold calls and emails.
  • Account Management: Build and maintain relationships with existing clients to increase sales and revenue.
  • Market Research: Conduct market research to identify customer buying trends and provide reports to management.
  • CRM Management: Enter, update, and maintain CRM information on leads, prospects, and opportunities.
  • Sales Strategy: Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve sales targets and grow new business.
  • Industry Partnerships: Build a strong network of industry partners, installers, architects, and builders to support business growth and retention.
  • Performance Metrics: Achieve sales KPIs and targets, and work collaboratively with the wider sales team to meet business objectives.

Requirements

  • Experience: At least 1-3 years of technical sales experience in the construction sector.
  • Industry Knowledge: Must have some experience in construction and/or building materials.
