Key Responsibilities:Cost Control:

Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's Degree: Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, Business, or a related field.
  • Professional Certification: Professional certification in project management (e.g., PMP, PRINCE2) is preferred.
  • Minimum of 8-10 Years of Experience: Minimum of 8-10 years of experience in project controls, with at least 5 years in a management role on large infrastructure projects.
  • Strong Proficiency in Project Management Software: Strong proficiency in project management software (e.g., Primavera P6, MS Project).
  • Excellent Understanding of Cost Control, Budgeting, and Financial Reporting: Excellent understanding of cost control, budgeting, and financial reporting.
