As an FM Helpdesk Operator at Bellrock, your responsibilities will include:

  • Delivering a prompt FM Help Desk service.
  • Ensuring all inquiries to the FM Help Desk are addressed and all requests are accurately logged in the CONCERTO system under the appropriate job type and service category.
  • Issuing a call reference number to the requestor and informing them of the subsequent actions in a timely manner.
  • Assigning requests to the appropriate contractor with sufficient information for the task to be completed.
  • Notifying the requestor of the closure of their request once it has been fulfilled, either via phone or email.
  • Taking ownership of requests and ensuring that clients are kept fully informed of progress.
  • Logging all feedback from service providers, management, and requestors in the CONCERTO audit trail.
  • Managing bookings for all meeting rooms and confirming details such as room size, catering needs, and setup requirements, including audio-visual needs.
  • Providing accurate daily and weekly reports within an agreed timeframe and generating additional reports as needed.
