Enterprise Resilience Senior Analyst

Are you looking for a challenging role that will put you at the forefront of a global financial institution's resilience efforts? In this position, you will contribute to the development of continuity planning strategies, supporting the creation of resolution plans in the UK and Europe. You will be responsible for executing Operations and Technology owned capability tests described in the plan.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Produce detailed analyses, written documents, and management presentations to support resolution planning regulatory requirements.
  • Support the testing of resolution capabilities, coordinating with Operations and Technology teams, documenting outcomes, and summarizing into management updates.
  • Develop resolution plan procedure documents (playbooks) and describe process flows used for executing plans.
  • Collaborate with senior business sponsors to promote consensus decisions that are right for the organization.
  • Exercise independence of judgement and autonomy, assessing risk when business decisions are made.
Requirements:
  • Experience working in a Financial Services organization, with time spent in Operations and Technology.
  • Understanding of one of the areas listed - Operational Resilience, Third Party Management, Resolution Planning, Recovery Planning.
  • Experience working with internal/external audit/regulatory groups is preferred.
  • Advanced project management, data analysis, and reporting ability, with a good understanding of supporting technologies.
  • Bachelor's/University degree, master's degree preferred.
